Here are just a few of our favorite, simple recipes to try. Of course, feel free to use your own recipes or peruse Google for more ideas, just replace that regular old BBQ with Chef Dick’s! Also note, we aren’t including any recipes for ribs, pulled pork, burgers or other typical cook on the grill items…those are no brainers to add Chef Dick’s BBQ!

BBQ Meatballs
1lb ground beef
1/2 cup dry bread crumbs (Italian)
1/3 cup finely chopped onion
1/4 cup milk
1 Tbsp snipped parsley
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
1/8 tsp pepper
1 Egg
Chef Dick’s BBQ
Mix all ingredients (excluding Chef Dick’s)
Shape into 1 inch balls
Bake on greased pan until done at 350 degrees (times vary)
Remove from pan and
Add Chef Dick’s BBQ to desired amount (we prefer a lot)
Cook in crock pot or slow cooker until heated
Makes about 5 dozen

 

Vegetable Dipping Sauce
Assorted cut up vegetables
Mayonnaise
Chef Dick’s BBQ

This one is easy; simply mix equal parts Chef Dicks BBQ and mayo, chill and then serve as a dip for your favorite veggies!

 

BBQ Baked Beans
1lb Northern Beans
1 large onion
2 stalks celery
1 tsp salt
1lb bacon, diced
Chef Dick’s BBQ
Prepare beans per the packaging (usually involves soaking overnight)
Cook beans with added salt, onion and celery until tender
Add bacon
Add Chef Dick’s BBQ (yes, were combining bacon and BBQ – it will be glorious)
Cover and bake for 1 hour or until done at 350 degrees
